The East African Hotel Pledge
When you have a guaranteed reservation at East African All-suite
and Conference Centre we are unable to accommodate you
for any reason, we will arrange accommodation for you at
another hotel at our expense. East African Hotel will provide
you with a complimentary long distance phone call, transfer
you to the other hotel and provide transportation back
to our hotel where we wanted you to be in the first place.
Family Plan
East African Hotel's Family Plan provides children under
12 free accommodation when staying in the same room with
their parents. . Should more than one room be required
to accommodate your family, each room will be charged based
on the number of adult occupants in the room.
Children's Meal Plan
Children of registered hotel guests under the age of 6 can
enjoy complimentary buffet meals when accompanied by a
paying adult. For children above 6 and below 12, 50% discount
will be given.
Guarantee Policy
Reservations will be held until 4 pm on day of arrival (local
hotel time) unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.
Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior
to 4 pm on day of arrival (local hotel time) will be subject
to a one-night charge. This guarantee policy may not apply
to certain seasonal periods or group bookings. Please refer
to the guarantee/cancellation policy specified in your
booking confirmation.
Privacy Policy
East African All-suite and Conference Centre respects the
privacy of all its customers and business partners, and
treats personal information (personal data) provided by
you as confidential.
Anonymous Browsing
Visitors to our website www.eastafrican.com do so on an anonymous
basis. We have not configured our website to collect any

means that unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide
